Our first remote House Challenge is the Sale and Davys Big Birdwatch! Your tasks this time are all bird related and you will be able to earn points for your house team by completing each one. The RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) website is a great research tool if you find some of the questions a bit tricky or you simply want to learn more about our beautiful wildlife. Please submit your completed tasks by email to the School Office email@example.com or Mrs Briggs firstname.lastname@example.org by 9am on Monday 8th February. The total points per house will be published along with answers later that day.
Lockdown is great opportunity to sit by the window for half an hour and observe the wonderful birds visiting your garden. Bonus points will be rewarded for photos of birds you have spotted either in your garden or during your daily exercise. You could even use your creativity and recreate those images in a piece of artwork. All photos and artwork will be added to the gallery below.
